ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
London (Central and West London)
Essential Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge of G Suite, strong communication skills, previous private house experience

An exciting opportunity for a seasoned hands-on, self-starter who is inherently self-motivated to manage multiple properties in London along with the Property Manager.  

Candidates will need to thrive on working with a team that is fast paced and in an ever-changing environment.

Ideally, you will be able to take direction well from multiple team members through email, texts and zoom calls.

 General Management & Tasks

  • Demonstrate a hands-on and proactive approach to property management
  • Keep awareness of client and staff routines and schedules
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager, Global Properties, Property Technology Manager, Property Manager and Personal Assistants to assist on large vendor projects
  • Independently manage small vendor projects
  • Help record provisions and expiration dates on household items
  • Coordinate shipping/receiving and drycleaning as needed
  • Errands and shopping
  • Other duties as assigned

 Facilities Management

  • Work with Property Manager to identify and implement preventative maintenance programs that minimize equipment failures and downtimes
  • Assist with any emergency response on all equipment, appliances and alarm systems
  • Work with team to complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual maintenance checklists
  • Work with team to complete Pre-Arrival and Post-Departure checklists for any client or guest visits
  • Assist with any requests during client or guest visits
  • Maintain accurate records of house systems (ex. track warranties, filter changes, appliance repairs, fire alarm servicing, maintain and update emergency supplies)
  • Other duties as assigned

 Required Skills

 This is imperative: Comprehensive knowledge of G Suite, iPhone apps, and technology as a tool for communication

  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills through email, text, and in person
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to be at the residences within 45 mins

 Preferred Skills

  • Past experience in general construction
  • Comfortable around physical, residential, and cyber security platforms
  • Product knowledge and cleaning techniques for high end finishes both interior and exterior
  • Local area knowledge

 Working Conditions

  • Able to work irregular or extended hours when required
  • Physically fit; able to regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands/manual dexterity
  • Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
  • Able to commute between two properties within Central & West London

This is a 30-hour working week with flexibility, salary in the region of £46,000 based on experience. Private health and dental benefits offered.
