BUTLER/HOUSEHOLD MANAGER
VIRGINIA WATER SURREY

We are looking for a very experienced private residence experienced butler and household manager with superb references and an excellent background of running UHNW homes and managing a full staff.  You should also have excellent front of house, food and beverage and  butler service skills.  A full staff is employed, and you would be required to work closely with the lady of the house, running the property, dealing with payment of household accounts, provisioning, keeping inventory and stock control records, household accounts and staff rota records.  There are 4 in the family.  Both the lady of the house and the Principal are business people with busy lifestyles and there are two teenage boys.  During Covid-19, the family have obviously not been entertaining, but once the virus situation becomes less of an issue, there are normally regular functions for Madame’s charity foundations and business lunches and dinners.  You should be able also to assist the boys when their parents are away on business and be comfortable around children.    We are looking for applicants who have a proven track record of running a large family home and who have first-class hands-on butler service skills.  There is use of a bedroom and bathroom suite within the staff house, which is shared with the Chef.  Top salary for the right person.
