CHEF - SPECIALISING IN CHINESE CUISINE
LONDON – KENSINGTON W8- WITH INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
MANDARIN SPEAKER ESSENTIAL
Live In or Live out.
Essential Requirements: Mandarin speaker. Previous UHNW private house experience, with a high level of experience specialising in Chinese Cuisine.
Good communication and organisational skills. Minimum of 10 years experience. Driver Essential. Freedom to travel abroad is essential to this role.

An experienced and professional Chef of Chinese Cuisine is required for a private client based in Kensington. Candidates must have previous private house experience serving an UHNWI. You should be a self-starter with a wide and full repertoire of Traditional Chinese cuisine.

Duties will include:

  • Cooking for the client and her guests
  • Dealing with all kitchen equipment
  • Provisioning, fresh food purchasing, stock control
  • Organizing menus for the client
  • Ability to travel worldwide with the client
  • Working well with the full team of staff.
  • Professional, capable of providing outstanding cuisine.
  • Planning and organizing of events and functions with the Household manager
  • Be responsible for and accountable for the overall food costs, kitchen supplies, kitchen energy costs and kitchen utensils
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time.
  • Clean valid driving licence
  • 10 years of prior culinary experience

Shared accommodation can be provided if required. Candidates who choose to Live-in will be required to work a 6-day week. If Live-out a 5-day working week with flexibility.
The ability to travel with the client Overseas is essential. Our Client is willing to sponsor the successful applicant if required.
