ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Previous private house nanny experience, longevity in previous positions, Ukrainian or Russian speaker would be a bonus, flexibility to travel, newborn experience.

A wonderful young family currently in Los Angeles is moving to Key Biscayne, Florida in early 2024.
Our clients are seeking to hire a full-time live-out experienced nanny to care for their newborn child, who is two months old. The little girl is a perfect baby, who requires little attention, but the busy parents need that extra help. It is essential that you have previous experience working in a similar role.

This is an all-encompassing role where the nanny will be responsible for all aspects of childcare as well as additional household duties including:

  • Assisting the family with packing and unpacking
  • Simple meal preparation
  • Home organisation
  • Online shopping/ordering
  • Running errands
  • Calendar management

The family will live primarily in Miami and travel frequently worldwide. The ideal candidate will be well-educated, well-travelled, understanding, hands-on and have strong communication skills. Additionally, candidates should be adaptable, team players who have the flexibility to travel with very short notice as required. Candidates must have longevity in previous positions. Verifiable references, a clear detailed background check and a clean driving record are required.

Working week is generally Monday to Friday, 40-50 hours per week with flexibility. Clients are willing to assist with relocating a candidate to California initially, until they officially move to Florida in early January 2024. Industry-standard benefits, salary of $90,000-$140,000 depending on experience, 2 weeks paid vacation. (HU4106)
