Essential requirements: Previous private house experience, flexible, hard-working

Lovely position for a young family of four based in Mayfair require an experienced private chef to work Monday through Friday from 8am -7pm. Cooking will be for the principal and 2 young children (4 years and 6 years) as well as a team of household staff which includes a nanny, security team, chauffeur, and housekeepers.

The family enjoy healthy and well-balanced cuisine. They seek a chef that has some knowledge in in health and nutrition, if possible, someone who can be creative and innovative with menus and meals. Candidates must be well-versed with various cuisine including Mediterranean, Russian, French, etc.

You will be required to manage the kitchen in its entirety, including shopping, provisioning, menu planning, executing meals, cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, budgeting, etc.

Salary negotiable based on experience, circa £50,000-£60,000. ASAP start. (HU3629)
