HEAD CHEF
Near Woodstock, Oxfordshire

A super job for an Overseas Royal Family set in a glorious Country Estate, close to Woodstock, Oxfordshire. Ideally for a freelance chef looking for an annual guaranteed contract of 132days per annum broadly split between support to major visits by the Principal, minor visits by the Principal’s dependents, shoots and administration/servicing of the kitchen.

The property is the part residence of an eminent, Westernised and delightful Royal Family from the Middle East, who visit periodically throughout the year, but rarely for more than one week at a time, with a full travelling entourage.

This is a high-profile role, where eminent shooting guests are invited to the 20 days shooting throughout the season. Hearty British Fare is required on shoot days for reasonably large numbers, but the family will also enjoy eating a variety of dishes from around the globe and so your repertoire should be wide and your presentation superb.
