You will need to be able to take on the total running of the main residence, (with occasional travel to the overseas homes.)  The main residence is however the priority and you will be managing all aspects of the household staff, dealing with rotas, inventory and stock control, undertaking household accounts and ensuring that the  travelling Head Housekeeper is well prepared to go ahead of the family, to ensure that each home is prepared in readiness for their arrival.  Each property is staffed; however, you will need to have a broad knowledge in all aspects of running HNW homes and undertake a range of personal assistant duties.

Responsible for household and project management in multiple locations across continents

  • Recruiting, training and supervision of the household employees, creating operation manuals
  • Research and negotiation with vendors, contractors, maintenance providers.

Experienced Stylist

Our client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia requires and experienced stylist who holds a Bachelors Degree in Fashion or relevant field with a minimum of 8 years’ of relevant experience.   It is essential that you have experience and exposure with high-end designers and high profile VVIP clients, previous experience working within the Middle East is a plus.   It is essential that you are extremely knowledgeable in fabrics, detail oriented, have outstanding sewing skills along with the ability to problem solve and multi-task. 

Additional responsibilities will include

  • Conduct all styling duties to serve key stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Assist in achieving desired looks by providing advice and selection for personal style items
  • Identify design, alteration, or repair requirements to ensure that stakeholders specifications are met
  • Select and purchase the most appropriate items and material in line with policies and procedures
  • Accurately record measurements, instructions and preferences as well as modify garments
  • Tailor Saudi traditional or international style garments and accessories
  • Keep track of current and developing global trends in fashion and design
  • Perform all duties with discretion and professionalism

Two full-time, Qualified experienced tutors are required from now through the end of summer (September) with the potential for full-time teaching.   Candidates must have a college education, be well-travelled and used to being around high profile, UHNW families.  It would be advantageous to have an understanding of the British culture and British Education System.
