The housekeeper will be responsible for the day-to-day general housekeeping – maintaining a clean interior and dealing with the laundry, washing and ironing and shopping. Assisting the owner when in residence with meal preparation, preparing simple fresh healthy family style home cooking, capable to follow a recipe.
During rental/guest periods, changeover day is Saturday, daily cleaning service will be provided but no personal laundry or cooking necessary unless agreed at local level.

There are 4 hectares of well-established gardens, half of which is Olive Trees and garden, the other half forestry. The area is well known for it’s walking and cycling trails, many guests are keen walkers or cyclists.

Other duties will include caring for the pool, barb-b-que, pizza oven and 4 separate outdoor seating areas for all fresco dining. Care of the garden furniture, maintaining the cars, doing the airport and train station run and managing petty cash and household bills. Liaising with the owner by email and arranging local contractors when needed.
Good DIY skills essential for the day-to-day routine maintenance of the property.

There is one dog (Labradoodle) aged 14yrs, who lives on the property with the owners when in residence, you will need to help care for him, so true dog lovers are essential.
