RESIDENTIAL HOUSEKEEPER / CARETAKER
South Kensington /Chelsea Border
Essential Requirements: Previous experience as a private household sole charge housekeeper, Top laundry skills and light family cooking, Minor PA duties, basic computer skills, Non-Smoker and child friendly

Working at the London Residence of a Family of five (parents and one child attending school in London, two older children at boarding school Overseas and possibly visiting occasionally). The family travel every school holiday.

To be the sole housekeeper, manage all daily housekeeping activities in the property and arrange daily shopping, run errands and provide support to the lady in regards making appointments as requested. Top laundry skills and wardrobe management are very important.

Acting as a caretaker when the Family is away and attend to maintenance and contractors.
Occasional light and simple cooking required mainly for the child in the absence of the Chef but occasionally for the parents and one child.

The Family employs a team of travelling staff including a travelling Housekeeper, Chef and Nanny who are also there to support but the right candidate must be experienced enough as to work alone and unsupervised.

Very good standard of in-house accommodation will be provided.
There is a competitive salary on offer for the right applicant with fully checkable background and references. A driving licence would be beneficial but not essential, strictly Non-Smoker.
2 days off per week. 45 hrs. per week and any overtime will be paid (HU3726)
