RESIDENTIAL HOUSEKEEPER- FAMILY COOK

Our clients are seeking an experienced housekeeper to care for a beautiful Grade 11 listed manor house, used by the family mainly at weekends and some holidays.

The housekeeper will maintain the interior of the property to a very high standard of cleanliness and with a conscientious work ethic. You will be responsible for the laundry, washing and ironing and keeping the wardrobes in good order. You will be asked to assist with food preparation and cooking for the family when required.

The principals are mainly in residence at weekends, but not every weekend, sometimes just the 2 of them, but small family gatherings during holiday periods.

SALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE. 3 BEDROOM COTTAGE PROVIDED. 2 DAYS OFF PER WEEK USUALLY MID WEEK, BUT ABLE TO TAKE A WEEKEND IF THE PRINCIPALS ARE NOT IN RESIDENCE. PARTNER TO FOLLOW OWN OCCUPATION ACCEPTED- SORRY NO PETS

DAILY PRIVATE CHEF/NUTRITIONIST
HAMPSTEAD

A superb position for a highly experienced chef/nutritionist for a family of four based at their residence in Hampstead.  We require a chef with superb nutritional knowledge as well as excellent Vegan experience as 3 members of the family are Vegan.   You should have the ability to cater for special diets/restrictions/allergies, with the main focus on nutrition. The chef will be required to provide daily meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Additionally, you will be responsible for menu planning, shopping, and provisioning.   The family keep a Kosher kitchen and therefore previous experience and/or knowledge of this is required.   The family entertain on Friday evenings for Shabbat dinner for numbers from 6-14 people.  They do enjoy beautiful presented, flavourful, colourful food.   The family travel throughout the year; you are not required to travel with them and will have time off when they are away.  Working week is Monday-Friday 7am – 7pm, with a later start and finish on Friday.  Occasional weekend work may be required and therefore flexibility is essential.  Top negotiable salary based on experience.   (HU3545)
