Large private Estate with 2 separate properties ( 2 separate owners) requires an energetic, pro active couple to manage the 2 properties. You must be completely hands on but also capable of the staff management and organisation of the properties.
Full time, long term housekeeping staff are in post and additional staff are available during the season. The season starts around Easter and ends towards the end of September, with the peak season of July and August absolutely full on with family and guests in residence. November to April is very quiet which is when any refurbishment, projects or maintenance is undertaken.
The chef needs to be capable of good fresh Mediterranean cuisine for large numbers, during the season breakfast, lunch and dinners for up to 35 people. You will be responsible for menu planning, provisioning, stock control and overall care of the kitchen. During the season, additional visiting staff are available to assist.
The house manager MUST speak French. Both of the couple must drive and strictly non-smokers.
TOP Salary negotiable depending on previous experience. Accommodation provided, a small 2 bedroom apartment.
Sorry no dependants, ideally no pets, although a small well behaved dog may be considered.
