This role will entail preparing daily meals for this professional couple who enjoy simple, freshly prepared, healthy food. Knowledge of Vegetarian cuisine would be beneficial. There is a wonderful kitchen garden maintained by the gardener and the family would prefer to have a chef who will make good use of this, using seasonal and home-grown produce where possible. Further you will manage the household supplies and stocks and accounts, run errands, undertake all shopping, manage the wine cellar.
