An experienced House Manager is required for a private family based in Monaco. Candidates must be fluent in Russian with a good level of French and English. You will be responsible for handling the daily operations of the private residence and responding to the principals needs as well as managing a team of household staff, keeping an accurate inventory, stock control and various administrative duties.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring the household/estate and grounds are run smoothly and efficiently at all times.
  • Supervising and managing other staff members
  • Organizing and liaising with outside contractors
  • Training other staff members
  • Organizing and overseeing maintenance of the property
  • Ensuring the property is secure at all times.
  • Organizing family and household events
  • Greeting and caring for guests and visitors
  • Taking responsibility for the household inventory. Also ensuring that supplies are always replenished.
  • Arrange entertainment for social gatherings and events.
  • Manage the household budget.
  • Packing of luggage
  • Recruit and interview for new staff
  • Maintain records.
  • Perform any other tasks, within reason, required by the employer.

A highly experienced daily house manager is required to oversee and manage a large property based in the South of France.

Candidates must have previous private house management experience with strong management and leadership skills as well as a “can-do” attitude and great attention to detail.

This position will require you to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day household operations in an efficient and effective manner.

Responsibilities will include

An experienced and professional Personal Assistant who is fluent in English and conversational in Chinese is required for a private client based in Kensington. Candidates must have previous private house, PA, or butler experience serving UHNWI.

The role will require you to have the ability to prioritise tasks and work in a proactive manner.

Duties will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact
  • Dealing with correspondence including emails, post and phone calls
  • Diary management

  • Worldwide travel with the principal

  • Responsible for personal F & B service on occasion at more remote locations
  • Planning and organizing of events and functions

RESIDENTIAL BUTLER/HOUSEMANAGER/GENERAL FACTOTUM/ PA
SOUTH AFRICA – NOORDHOEK

Required for wonderful, important, privately owned residence, with fabulous gardens and extensive grounds, set high up in the mountains with ocean views.

The residence consists of a beautifully renovated main house with 4 guest houses (which are rarely filled). There are about 20 garden staff including Head gardener employed and 2 permanent staff in house, including the butler/house manager and a housekeeper. (Seasonal staff contracted in as extras as and when needed include a Chef and second housekeeper.)

The position is uniformed & hands-on and while it is a more senior post, assisting the housekeeper in a hands-on manner is required, as well as supervising the seasonal housekeeper & contracted casual staff.

Ability to lay up and serve at table, serve drinks and canapés and also to meet and greet guests is important.
You should have excellent Personal Assistant skills and be computer literate, able to submit accounts at the end of the month in Excel to the accountant.

Ability to organise contractors, vendors, and act as general Household Manager, reporting to the clients when they are not in residence.

You must be a driver, willing to drive the employers’ prestigious cars and their guests occasionally and there is a car available for work related chores.

Clients maintain other foreign homes, so are in residence usually November through April with other occasional trips. Dog lover is essential.
