You will need to be able to take on the total running of the main residence, (with occasional travel to the overseas homes.) The main residence is however the priority and you will be managing all aspects of the household staff, dealing with rotas, inventory and stock control, undertaking household accounts and ensuring that the travelling Head Housekeeper is well prepared to go ahead of the family, to ensure that each home is prepared in readiness for their arrival. Each property is staffed; however, you will need to have a broad knowledge in all aspects of running HNW homes and undertake a range of personal assistant duties.

This is a relaxed household, but with very high standards and you will be required to ensure the Owner and family have any equipment they require at all times, and that it is ready for use. Ensure all Guests visiting have all of their requirements met. An adaptable, quick thinking person is required and somebody who will appreciate this clients’ gorgeous home and want to love and enhance it, noticing things that require repair and arranging it without troubling the principal and dealing with snagging issues within the newly build palace. You will ideally have had experience in running and arranging large events and business meetings and perhaps have come from a 5* luxury hotel background originally. You will be responsible for sourcing items for the Principal, arranging staff manuals, helping at events, purchasing any personal items for the Principal and generally being highly discreet, flexible, and adaptable.
