A highly experienced Personal Assistant is required for a HNWI based in London. The role requires an excellent organiser with exceptional attention to detail. It is essential that you aim to be multiple steps ahead, as well as be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining calm and in control in highly demanding situations. You must maintain security of highly confidential information discreetly and independently.
Duties will include managing UK and Paris properties, such as maintenance issues, repairs, shipping requests, outsourcing and delegating matters locally. Additional duties to include drafting letters, handling an international diary, travel arrangements, appointments, daily correspondence and meetings, managing personal affairs; such as insurance, art collection inventory, processing payments, etc.
Fluent English and French required. Arabic or Portuguese would be a big plus.
Driver not essential but would be preferred. Negotiable salary based on experience.

A professional and experienced Personal Assistant is required for a private family based in the South of France. You must be able to work from home in this position. This is a lovely role that will suit a candidate who has a flexible approach and a “can-do” attitude. You will be required to act as the first point of contact; dealing with incoming emails, phone calls and post, you will manage extensive diaries; scheduling meetings and appointments, you will also be responsible for making international travel arrangements including organising visa’s, transport and accommodation. Additional duties will include facilitating events and conferences, compiling reports, managing expenses, maintaining procedures, and effectively liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients. It is essential that you have previous experience in a similar Personal Assistant role.
