Lovely new position for a lifestyle personal assistant to work for a private family at their family residence in Mayfair.    We require a candidate who is Fluent in English and Russian and can translate.   You should have good knowledge and experience of IT including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.   

Duties will include

  • Offer a lifestyle concierge service
  • Manage the diary for both meetings in the office and personal appointments - maximise the time of the principal, ensure all corresponding arrangements are made, e.g., agendas and documentation 
  • Arranging doctors, dentist, and restaurant reservations 
  • Research and coordinate all travel arrangements   
  • Assisting the principals’ family and working closely with household staff
  • General administration, arranging couriers, maintaining shared computer filing systems, minutes, and letters

Candidates will need to show initiative and have flexibility regarding duties.   This is a 5-day working week, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm with occasional weekends and evenings.  It would be a bonus if you have an interest in fashion.   Fluent English and Russian.   Salary circa £50,000 - £55,000.   (HU3737)

To report to and assist the Lady of the house, who has recently relocated from Switzerland.

To work partially from the clients’ rented apartment and remotely and in the future a new residence in London, or from the family office. 

Must have experience working for UHNW employers in London and a good network of established work contacts and suppliers.  Also, somebody who has had experience in inventory of artwork and preferably someone who has worked as a sole assistant and not as part of a bigger team of PA’s.

Based in London, the position will be mainly Monday to Friday (office hours but some flexibility will be expected outside that.) Principals could allow flexibility like a 4-day week or partially working from home if full time or remote working is of interest.

Flexibility to travel would be welcomed, but the priority will be always be to work in London.

Duties will include management of the family’s and children’s calendar.  To be able to communicate with schools and teachers.  Work will not be entirely office based, as there will be errands and potentially school pick-ups or dog walking duties.  In addition, you must be able to do research for the lady, follow up on various projects and purchases, keeping inventory and working closely with the International Properties Manager.

A professional and experienced Personal Assistant is required for a private family based in the South of France. You must be able to work from home in this position.
