A highly experienced Personal Assistant is required for a HNWI based in London. The role requires an excellent organiser with exceptional attention to detail. It is essential that you aim to be multiple steps ahead, as well as be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining calm and in control in highly demanding situations. Duties will include managing UK and Paris properties, such as maintenance issues, repairs, shipping requests, outsourcing and delegating matters locally. Additional duties to include drafting letters, handling an international diary, travel arrangements, appointments, daily correspondence and meetings, managing personal affairs; such as insurance, art collection inventory, processing payments, etc.
