A unique position for an UHNWI client with a portfolio of global properties. Our client’s permanent residence is in Germany. Time is spent between the permanent residence, Spain, South Africa and Bahamas and other locations worldwide, therefore flexibility to travel is essential.

We seek a top professional, capable of providing outstanding hands-on skills in the total oversight and running of the various residences and travelling with the principal, to ensure that all his needs are met and his homes are run to the very highest standards. You will be responsible for personal F & B service on occasion at more remote locations and the organisation of events and functions, provisioning, staffing and ensuring the general smooth running of the clients’ lifestyle.

We seek an immaculately presented, professional person, who strives to provide the best-of-the best and always ensures a highly luxurious surrounding ambience and staff service. Energetic, dynamic and humble personality with a proven track record in running and maintaining important residences and working at the highest levels. Impeccable references required.

Work from home with the flexibility to travel
Essential Requirements: Must be able to work from home, fluent English and French, Russian would be ideal but not mandatory, previous private house experience

A professional and experienced Personal Assistant is required for a private family. Our client seeks a candidate with a “can-do” attitude, who is flexible, hardworking and energetic. You must be able to work from home and have the flexibility travel with the principal as and when.

Duties will include

  • acting as a first point of contact: dealing with incoming email, post and phone calls
  • managing extensive diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • making international travel arrangements including visa, transport and accommodation
  • facilitating events and conferences
  • reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • managing expenses, databases and filing systems
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.

It is essential that you have previous experience in a similar Personal Assistant role. Excellent computer skills along with strong organizational skills required. 5 day working week with flexibility. Negotiable salary. ASAP start. (HU3484)
