Our client requires a professional and proactive candidate to work in the capacity of all -round Mothers’ Help/Personal Assistant/General Household Assistant to assist her with a variety of tasks.  

This is a busy household with six children, and while they do all have nannies employed, it is essential that you are child friendly and happy to assist with childcare in a “Guardian” type role when she is away.  

This post will require a really kind and genuinely caring individual who loves children and who has a “can-do” attitude who is happy to assist wherever needed. 

The duties for this position will range from administrative tasks as well as hands-on tasks, such as running errands and assisting the client in all walks of her daily life.  

Based in Middle East and the candidate will be required to travel with the Client. Flexibility is essential as well as the ability to travel extensively.   Accommodation provided.  Excellent negotiable salary based on experience.   (HU3634)  ON HOLD

Essential Requirements:  Previous Private House Experience, Drivers Licence, Flexibility to Travel 

We seek a highly professional and experienced Personal Assistant to work alongside, support and shadow the Estate/House Manager for a property based in Chigwell.  This is a full-time position that will require a candidate who is switched on, flexible and self-sufficient. 

The role will include diary management, ensuring appointments are scheduled, ordering and provisioning, various administrative tasks including monitoring correspondence and inventory, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule, budgeting, etc.  

It is essential that you are extremely organised with strong communication skills.  You should have the ability to multitask and prioritise duties.  You will be responsible for covering for the House Manager on their day off, thus previous private house experience is required.  

5-day working week, with flexibility.  There will also be occasional travel with this role; generally, a few times per year.  In addition, candidates with wardrobe management skills would be a plus.    

Good computer skills required.  Drivers licence essential.  The role will initially be working remotely but will transition into an office-based role within the property eventually.  

Salary negotiable based on experience, circa £45,000-£50,000.   Previous private house experience essential. (HU3659) ON HOLD
