Required for wonderful, important, privately owned residence, with fabulous gardens and extensive grounds, set high up in the mountains with ocean views.

The residence consists of a beautifully renovated main house with 4 guest houses (which are rarely filled). There are about 20 garden staff including Head gardener employed and 2 permanent staff in house, including the butler/housemanager and a housekeeper. (Seasonal staff contracted in as extras as and when needed include a Chef and second housekeeper.)

The position is uniformed & hands-on and while it is a more senior post, assisting the housekeeper in a hands-on manner is required, as well as supervising the seasonal housekeeper & contracted casual staff.

Ability to lay up and serve at table, serve drinks and canapés and also to meet and greet guests is important.

You should have excellent Personal Assistant skills and be computer literate, able to submit accounts at the end of the month in Excel to the accountant.

Ability to organise contractors, vendors, and act as general Household Manager, reporting to the clients when they are not in residence.

You must be a driver, willing to drive the employers’ prestigious cars and their guests occasionally and there is a car available for work related chores.

Clients maintain other foreign homes, so are in residence usually November through April with other occasional trips. Dog lover is essential as the couple have a 7-year-old Standard Poodle. Delightful Anglo/Irish couple with no children.

We seek a highly professional and experienced Personal Assistant to work alongside, support and shadow the Estate/House Manager for a property based in Chigwell.  This is a full-time position that will require a candidate who is switched on, flexible and self-sufficient.     

The role will include diary management, ensuring appointments are scheduled, ordering and provisioning, various administrative tasks including monitoring correspondence and inventory, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule, budgeting, etc.   

It is essential that you are extremely organised with strong communication skills.  You should have the ability to multitask and prioritise duties.  You will be responsible for covering for the House Manager on their day off, thus previous private house experience is required.    

5-day working week, with flexibility.  There will also be occasional travel with this role; generally, a few times per year.  In addition, candidates with wardrobe management skills would be a plus.    

Good computer skills required.  Drivers licence essential.  The role will initially be working remotely but will transition into an office-based role within the property eventually.     

Salary negotiable based on experience, circa £45,000-£50,000.   Previous private house experience essential. (HU3659)

An experienced and professional Personal Assistant is required for a private client based in Knightsbridge. Our client requires a candidate with previous private house experience who is switched on and organised with strong communication skills.

The role will include various tasks consisting of

• Monitoring and responding to a massive level of emails

• Diary management to include bookings, travel, tickets, appointments, etc.

• Administrative duties including insurance, banking, expenses

• Managing paperwork to include filing, accessing information and correspondence with various people

• Managing invitations 

• Organising and ensuring birthday and Christmas gifts are arranged

• Ability to effectively interact with outside company’s i.e.) O2, Vodaphone, Airlines, etc.

A long standing UHNW client of ours is looking for a professional and experienced PA to work for the family office. The core hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. However, flexibility is required.
You will be responsible for all PA duties which will include

• Managing and assisting in the recruitment of all household staff and nannies.

• Arranging personal and business travel including family holidays.

• Booking restaurants, events and activities

• General administration …i. e filing
