A newly created position for an experienced chauffeur and personal assistant to join a small team of staff working for a private family of five including three young children (ages 3-8yrs) based at their main residence in Kensington. The family require a confident chauffeur with strong administrative skills as well as service skills.

This is a varied role with a range of duties and responsibilities including:

  • Daily driving including school runs and errands.
  • Ensuring vehicles are maintained, MOT’s, insurance, clean and tidy, etc.
  • Overseeing and liaising with contractors
  • Managing household bills and accounts
  • Managing inventory and stock
  • Front of house; meeting and greeting guests
  • Packing and unpacking

The family have another property in Surrey where you will occasionally be required to go as they are currently having household works done; thus, you will be required to oversee builders, contractors and gardeners when required.
Flexibility to travel would be a bonus but is not essential.
Full time position working Monday-Friday from 7am-5pm with flexibility. Candidates must be child and pet friendly. Negotiable salary based on experience. (HU4092)

An experienced and professional Part-time Private Personal Assistant is required for our client who is based in Surrey, we seek a local candidate for this position. Our client requires a candidate with previous private house experience who is organised, proactive and effective.

This is a fully staffed property, so essential you are a hands-on team player who can effectively liaise and work alongside a team of household staff.

The role will include various tasks consisting of

  • Monitoring and responding to emails and phone calls
  • Diary management to include bookings, travel, tickets, appointments, etc.
  • Administrative duties including managing insurance, filing, writing emails.
  • Ability to effectively interact with outside personnel.
  • Liaise with other team members and contractors.
  • Ensure the principal is aware and up to date of all meetings, appointments and upcoming events.
  • Ensure records are accurate and kept up to date.
  • Maintain household manuals.
  • Running errands when required

Candidates should have strong technical skills and must be proficient in both windows and Apple products. You should be able to prioritise and multi-task to ensure the principal’s life is running smoothly.

This position is part-time, working 3 days per week with flexibility, hours are essentially 9am-5pm with flexibility. Confident driver essential with own car, non-smoker. Salary £15 gross per hour. (HU4087)
