An experienced handy-person is required for a private client to work at several properties based between Knightsbridge, Mayfair and Belgravia. It is essential that you have previous private house experience.

Duties will include

  • Minor plumbing repairs
  • Installing household appliances
  • Fitting shelves
  • Conducting functionality tests
  • Creating, updating and maintaining reports
  • Changing lightbulbs and fuses
  • Checking boilers and radiators
  • Checking security and alarm systems
  • Performing minor household repairs
  • Painting and decorating
  • Basic gardening duties
  • Overseeing and working alongside contractors
  • General upkeep of the property

We require a flexible, hardworking and trustworthy candidate for this role. Immediate start. Salary in the region of 40,000. (HU3912)
