HOUSEHOLD MANAGER/ASSISTANT TO GENERAL MANAGER - DOHA VICINITY QATAR
A newly created position for this charming, young Qatari lady employer who has 5 children under the age of 10 years. We seek an immaculately presented, highly experienced House Manager to oversee an extensive team of staff, with further new employees probably being taken on for the new residence. Ideally, not only will you have excellent high-profile experience within a formal private residence, you ideally may have experience previously from a 5* luxury Hotel background.
It is important that you have an exceptional eye for detail and knowledge in the care all aspects of running a major property, which has a staff in the region of 250 people from all over the globe.
Somebody with a real knowledge of the concept of true luxury and who will ensure that the residence is always run to the highest standard, reporting to the General Manager.
An adaptable, quick thinking person is required and somebody who will appreciate this clients’ gorgeous home and want to love and enhance it, noticing things that require repair and arranging it without troubling the principal and dealing with snagging issues within the newly build palace. You will ideally have had experience in running and arranging large events and business meetings and perhaps have come from a 5* luxury hotel background originally. You will be responsible for sourcing items for the Principal, arranging staff manuals, helping at events, purchasing any personal items for the Principal and generally being highly discreet, flexible, and adaptable.
