Large private Estate with 2 separate properties ( 2 separate owners) requires an energetic, flexible, experienced chef. Full time, long term housekeeping staff are in post and additional staff are available during the season. The season starts around Easter and ends towards the end of September, with the peak season of July and August absolutely full on with family and guests in residence. November to April is relatively quiet.
The chef needs to be capable of good fresh Mediterranean cuisine for large numbers, during the season breakfast, lunch and dinners for up to 35 people. You will be responsible for menu planning, provisioning, stock control and overall care of the kitchen. During the season, additional staff are available to assist.
Driver essential and strictly non-smokers. TOP Salary negotiable depending on previous experience. Accommodation provided, Sorry no dependants, ideally no pets, although a small well behaved dog may be considered.
