JUNIOR BUTLER / WAITER
Monaco with travel
Fluent English and Russian, French is a bonus

A large private residence in Monaco requires a junior butler / waiter to provide service of food and drinks to the employers, their children, and their guests. Experience in high-level households/5* hotel/restaurants is required. The candidate will work under the supervision of the Butler to assure the highest level of service with respect to international standards and specific preferences of the employers.

Duties

  • Food and drinks service for family according to the instructions of the Butler
  • Table setting and -service according to international standards
  • Work independently or as part of a team with equal efficiency
  • Correct adherence to all operational and hygiene standards
  • Travel to a separate location in Courchevel for the winter season or special occasions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of fine-dining service experience as a waiter in a private household or steward(ess) on private or charter yachts
  • Professional demeanour
  • Strong interest in food service and table decoration
  • Hard working mentality flexible work approach to reach the high demands of the employers
  • Professional communication skills with employers, guests and colleagues
  • Minimum language requirements: English and Russian knowledge of French language is a plus

This is a full-time contract, 5-day working week. Negotiable salary based on experience. Live out. (HU4116)
