JUNIOR CHEF/KITCHEN PORTER
Essential Requirements - Willingness to work under 3 senior Chefs, who work on rotation over a 7-day period.
Must be happy to prep food, peel, chop, garnish, keep kitchen areas and equipment immaculate in conjunction with cleaning staff.
Suit a person wanting to learn more from Senior head Chefs and who has the basics of cooking, wanting to break into private house service.
Junior Chef/Kitchen Porter, able to assist the chefs with food preparation - chopping, peeling, clearing up equipment and generally keeping the kitchen immaculate, while also being able to undertake simple cooking. This could be a person wanting to learn from these 3 very senior chefs.
5-day week including 1 weekend per month
£35,000-£40,000. According to age and experience. Ref 3753
