EXPERIENCED HOUSEKEEPER
KITZBUHEL, AUSTRIA
40 Hrs per week to include weekends and public holidays.
Essential Requirements: Professional housekeeping experience in UHNW Private residence. Willingness to work at weekends and during the holiday season. Driver with full licence, EU Passport essential. Confident IT skills. Languages required Fluent English and /or German.

Proactive independent housekeeper required for private family in Kitzbuhel. This is the principal’s secondary residence used mainly at weekends and during holidays.

When in residence the working day is split into 2 shifts -08.00 to 13.00 and 18.00-21.00 so essential that you live within easy driving distance of the property.

Responsibilities

  • Professional cleaning and care of high-end furnishings and fabrics.
  • Exclusive laundry care – including delicate fabrics, silks, cashmere etc.
  • Care of high quality and special finishes – marble, granite, slate floors and parkette
  • Preparation of breakfast and light basic meals.
  • Supervision and coordination of external trades and contractors.
  • Seasonal Gardening (Lawn mowing, clearing snow, watering of plants and flowers)
  • Running errands – grocery shopping, dry cleaning, post office, deliveries etc)

This vacancy is a long-term position. Assistance with accommodation may be available.
Salary between 47,000 and 55,000 Euros Gross per annum depending on previous experience, longevity in previous positions and excellent references. Company Car available if required. Holidays 26-30 days per annum. (HU4103)
