Our client is looking for a professional and experienced Personal Assistant to be based in Central London with worldwide travel. This role will require a candidate that has previously worked for a HNWI for a minimum of 3 years. You will be responsible for ensuring the Principals’ life is running smoothly while maintaining the ultimate discretion. Duties will include booking travel and restaurants, organising cars, and their upkeep, managing and organising inventory, scheduling and arranging meetings as well as taking notes. The role will mainly be working remotely, thus it is imperative that you have the facility to work effectively in a remote setting. It is essential that you have strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all members of staff. Strong administrative skills along with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and multitask essential. Salary circa £36,000 Gross per annum. Immediate start. (HU3637)
