An experienced personal assistant is required for a HNWI based in London to provide daily support in a varied capacity.
Our client organises various events, dinners, seminars, and galleries and part of your role will be to assist with the organisation of these events including dealing with correspondence and invitations, etc; thus, previous experience with event management would be beneficial.
Additional duties will include dealing with incoming emails, phones calls, diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments as well as filing, logging, photocopying, and running errands.
It is essential that you are very organised with strong communication skills.
You must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
Working week is Monday-Friday, 9.00 -5.30pm with flexibility for occasional evening work. Negotiable salary based on experience. Immediate start. (HU3805)
