PRIVATE BUTLER (Rotational)
Luxury Motor Yacht and Private Residence (Monaco)
Essential Requirements: Previous motor yacht house experience, silver service knowledge, drivers licence.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Butler to join an established team on a luxury motor yacht and a private residence in Monaco.

This role will require you to work between the yacht and the residence in Monaco. This is a rotational shift, working 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off.

We require a genuine service professional for this position. You will be responsible for ensuring the guest experience is 5* at all times. You will be required to lead service alongside the chief stewardess while onboard the yacht and you will be required to run the residence in Monaco alongside the land-based team.
You should have the ability to lead service with confidence for events ranging from 2-100 people.

Essential requirements

  • Previous boat experience, ideally in the role of lead service/chief steward
  • Silver service and wine knowledge
  • Must be child and pet friendly.
  • Driver’s licence
  • Fluent English and French would be a plus.
  • Private house experience would also be a plus.
  • Flexibility, willing to work in a varied capacity, hardworking.

We require a polite and positive candidate who will provide the best service 24/7. You should be upbeat and adaptable and have the ability to seamlessly prioritise tasks.

While onboard accommodation is provided, when in Monaco this is live out, thus you must organise your own accommodation. Immediate start. Salary negotiable based on experience. (HU3966)
