An initial meeting is arranged so that the vacancy can be discussed with one of our domestic staffing recruitment experts.
These meetings are currently taking place as telephone calls, or by electronic video conferences, which can be arranged via SKYPE or ZOOM
However, when permitted on-site visits are always available for clients based in the UK, Europe, USA, South Africa, and Dubai.
During the meeting, the exact requirements of the role are discussed, and the attributes of the ideal team member gathered.
Hutchinsons begin the recruitment process. The vacancy will be displayed on our website and candidates already registered and who match the exact requirements of the role will be contacted by our experienced team.
Once an impeccable selection of candidates has been gathered Hutchinsons will send the relevant CVs, in-depth interview notes, references, and candidate photographs to the client.
The client chooses his or her favourite candidates and the Consultant(s) who carried out the personal interviews with these specific candidates is/are always on hand to discuss the CV. Once the documentation has been reviewed and deliberated, Hutchinsons are on hand to arrange recruitment meetings and initial interviews.
Upon a successful interview, we are on hand to finalise the placement, advise on contracts or to assist both parties in any way required.
