Flexible and dynamic chef required to work for the summer season from 15th May through 15th September in Antibes. Our clients require a truly unique chef to cater on a day to day basis for the Principals, including occasional dinner parties and functions. They enjoy a wide range of simple dishes, mainly organic using fresh local ingredients and seasonal vegetables; fresh, modern, Mediterranean style. (one of the Principals is Diabetic). They would like the chef to be able to pull out all the stops when entertaining. Ideally our client is seeking a dynamic, flexible and energetic candidate. Driver essential, and there is a car available for work use. Accommodation provided. Fluent English required. French a plus. Initial interviews will be in London.
