EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join a fully staffed Private Residence in Riyadh. We require a chef with a 2-4-year Culinary degree or equivalent formal culinary training, 8 years’ experience along with strong knowledge of cooking philosophies and principles in International Cuisine to include Japanese, Arabic and Western Cuisine. Your role and responsibilities will include: assisting the Executive Chef in the direction and oversight of all culinary operations, to include: preparation and production of all meals, food quality and presentation, compliance with all safety and sanitation standards, team member productivity, cost and control, assist with creating and implementing new menu selections, staying abreast of food trends, monitor and develop team member performance to include providing supervision, training, etc., prepare daily, weekly and monthly payroll reports, ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with standard recipes and plate presentations.
