SEASONAL TRAVELLING CHEF. SOUTH OF FRANCE, MONACO, SARDINIA, HAMPSHIRE top calibre, Michelin standard chef, who enjoys producing a really varied, eclectic and creative repertoire of superbly presented, healthy food for these wonderful, long term “Hutchinson’s” clients in their worldwide homes – South of France, Monaco, Hampshire and Sardinia.
Living in France, the client experiences the best of the best and expects that of their chef. They have Nouvelle cuisine palates and will accept nothing close to American or British standards of food presentation. The new chef should be able to get along with the other household staff and yacht crew and make instant changes when necessary. This job will be to follow the clients and their guests between the residences. The chef needs not be work shy, as this is a busy job, so it helps if the chef is fit and in good shape. The employers are very reasonable and decent employers, but you must be willing to adapt your cooking to suit their very refined palates and demanding tastes.
