SENIOR SOUS CHEF
DOHA, QATAR WITH TRAVEL
EU PASSPORT REQUIRED
An excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, young and dynamic, dedicated sous chef with an EU passport to join an internationally staffed kitchen based in Qatar with extensive travel – hence the need for an EU passport. You must have excellent knowledge of canape, buffet and high-level plate function service as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner knowledge. You will also need to be very experienced with varied dietary plans, including: vegan, dairy free, nut free, gluten free and vegetarian. It is essential that you can follow menu plans, maintain inventory and stock, etc. You will also be required to ensure health and hygiene of the kitchen is kept up to HACCP standard. We seek a candidate who has excellent professional skills that can be transferred to junior staff, someone who will maintain good working relations with all staff to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen when the Executive Head Chef is off. 6 day working week, accommodation provided, salary negotiable, 1 return flight home per year.
