DAILY CHEF
PULBOROUGH, WEST SUSSEX
12pm to 8pm
5 days a week. On a rotation covering some weekends
Essential Requirements: Previous private house long-term experience, flexible to travel, international repertoire of cuisine, attention to detail, organised.

An experienced Chef is required for a family based in Pulborough. You should have experience making healthy low-calorie meals that are tasteful and presentable.
This is a family of 5 and you will mainly be cooking for the parents but occasionally the three children who are aged between 7 and 12 years old. You will be required to cater for dinner parties for up to 10 guests.

The parents follow a healthy eating programme and you will be required to prepare both lunch and dinner. You will be required to prepare breakfast the night before from time to time. All meals should be seasonal and you will be required to source the best organic produce from local businesses.

Although the role is based in Pulborough they have additional homes in London and the South of France. The family would like someone who can be flexible and travel with them from time to time.
Additional staff which include housekeepers, nannies and estate staff are employed so you must be used to working within a team environment. This is a pet friendly household with two cats and a dog.

You will be working 5 days a week from 12pm to 8pm on a rotation covering some weekends. ASAP start. Negotiable salary. Single accommodation may be available. (HU4086)
