THE POSITION:

Long-standing Hutchinsons client with multiple homes, required a new couple to manage the rural estate in Norfolk, as the preceding Hutchinson's couple returned to their home country after 9 years in the job.

The couple were required to care for both the main house and the grounds and be capable of the daily running and management of a large property.

Good management and communication skills were required as well as being totally hands-on. The couple achieved a top package and lovely accommodation.
