RESIDENTIAL BUTLER
STELLENBOSCH, CAPE TOWN

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced, efficient and trained Butler for two manor houses based in Stellenbosch. It is essential that you have worked in a similar position and have a clear understanding of delivering the highest level of service always. You will be required to ensure implementation of all standards, guarantee quality, accuracy and completeness, work with a team of staff to achieve team success and possess the skills to ensure the guests are receiving the finest service.

You will be required to occasionally cook a hot breakfast. You will ensure that the following tasks are done effectively and seamlessly by you and your team: serving the guests, which will require a full understanding of all in-suite services, technology, amenities, functions and systems.

Understand and fulfil the guests needs for privacy and confidentiality, prepare all suites, welcome and serve guests, have the ability to explain all facilities available, offer valet service; packing and unpacking, assist with housekeeping, attend to all service calls, replenish amenities, assist with bookings.

You must have excellent communication and organizational skills with proven training and experience. You will be working 5 days per week with 2 days off during the week, with flexibility. Studio accommodation available. Negotiable salary. Start date August 2023. (HU4071)
