TEMPORARY CHEF
MUSTIQUE ISLAND, CARIBBEAN
3 WEEKS: 18TH DECEMBER - 8TH JANUARY

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Chef to provide culinary expertise on Mustique Island, a private and exclusive destination in the Caribbean. This temporary role will span three weeks during the holiday season from 18th December to 8th January. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating healthy, well-balanced dishes using seasonal produce.

Candidates will be required to

  • Create a diverse and appealing menu offering healthy, well-balanced dishes using fresh, seasonal produce.
  • Plan daily menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to meet the expectations of the principals and guests.
  • Source high-quality ingredients, produce, and other food items, ensuring the freshness and quality of all products.
  • Coordinate with all members of staff to ensure seamless meal service and timings.

Numbers will vary for meals and there will be times you are cooking for 1-2 people and occasionally for guests up to 14-16 people.

Flexibility along with good communication skills are required. Self-contained accommodation provided along with a negotiable salary based on experience. (HU4101)
