Essential requirements: Strong experience in general maintenance and DIY duties, ideally from a private house background, yacht, or 5* boutique hotel, driver required, pet friendly. Open to EU candidates with private household experience.

Duties include:

·       Can perform house-person / handy-person responsibilities such as tidying up the garden, driveway by sweeping, power washing, watering plants, simple DIY tasks (light painting, fixed loose screws)

·       Contact contractors when needed and arrange for maintenance checks

·       Collect leaves, dispose waste

·       Walk the principals guard dog, ensure the dog has sufficient food and water, care for dog when the principal travels

·       Monitor fire alarms and occasional CCTV cameras

·       Do patrols in the evenings and ensure windows and doors are closed, check doors, garden in the evening

·       Understand the basic gas, electric, water meters of the house

·       Can use Creston to control heat, AC, and lights

·       Understand the basic technical aspects of the house and access points for electrical units, AC, underfloor heating

·       Strong attention to detail and can find problems / resolve in a timely matter

·       Occasional chauffeuring the principal, experience with Rolls Royce and Bentley preferred

·       Mow the lawn and sweep the leaves,

·       Occasional grocery shopping

·       Accepting deliveries 

·       Prepare weekly reports 

Full time position working 6 days per week, 8am-4.30 with a break during the day. Salary circa £45,000 gross per annum based on experience.   Accommodation provided, bedroom and bathroom with a shared living staff area with access to a full kitchen.
