Essential Requirements: Previous 5* hotel Butler experience, proactive, excellent communication skills, immaculately presented, English Speaker. 

Our client is seeking an experienced Butler Supervisor for a 5* Luxury Hotel on the coastline in Jeddah. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the butler team to ensure the highest level of personalized service for all VIP guests in line with the luxury standards of the hotel. 

Duties include:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the butler team, ensuring seamless execution of services.

  • Maintain a visible presence with guests, offering a warm and personalized experience at every interaction.

  • Conduct pre-arrival planning and ensure all guest preferences are captured, communicated, and executed.

  • Monitor service delivery standards, providing on-the-job coaching and feedback.

  • Oversee guest arrivals and departures for VIPs and suite guests, ensuring a flawless and memorable experience.

  • Liaise with Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest expectations are exceeded.

  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of the butler team.

  • Ensure inventory of guest amenities, supplies, and equipment is maintained.

  • Prepare daily reports and assist with scheduling and task delegation.

We are seeking a candidate who has excellent communication skills and is a team player. Candidates must be flexible with excellent knowledge of hotel systems and service etiquette.  Previous luxury 5* experience is essential. Immediate start. $1600 USD per month, (negotiable for the right applicant.) Single room in shared apartment plus transport allowance provided. Comprehensive health insurance included, based on a 6 day work week, 9 hours per day with 1 hour break with flexibility. Return flight home once every two years. (HU4280)
