ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Previous private house experience, highly organised and adaptable, flexibility to travel, strong leadership skills. 

We are seeking a highly experienced professional who reflects the calibre of a top-tier Household Manager, Travelling Personal Assistant, or Lifestyle Manager, ideally within a UHNW environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational ability and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing settings, managing multiple priorities with ease and precision. A high level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence is essential, alongside strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise effectively with individuals at all levels. The role requires proven experience in coordinating complex international travel, managing demanding schedules, and leading multidisciplinary household teams. A proactive mindset is key, with the ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues swiftly, and deliver a consistently outstanding level of service. 

Key Responsibilities 

Service & Operations Management

·       Oversee and coordinate all private services provided to the family across residences and during travel

·       Liaise closely with the Estate/House Manager to ensure smooth daily operations

·       Ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards of excellence 

Diary & Lifestyle Management

·       Manage the Principal’s complex calendar, appointments, and daily priorities

·       Handle personal requests with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail

·       Coordinate closely with the children’s team to ensure alignment of schedules and needs 

Guest & Hospitality Management

·       Manage family guest experiences end-to-end, including planning, logistics, and hospitality

·       Ensure a warm, seamless, and high-standard guest journey at all times 

Travel Coordination

·       Oversee all pre- and post-travel arrangements, including:

o   Travel itineraries and daily programmes

o   Readiness of residences, hotels, and teams

o   Coordination of all stakeholders involved in travel logistics 

Team Leadership & Development

·       Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Private Services team (including butlers and support staff)

·       Set service standards and drive continuous improvement

·       Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team performance 

HR & Recruitment Support

·       Collaborate with HR on personnel matters and performance reviews

·       Participate in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting new team members 

Procurement & Vendor Management

·       Assist in sourcing high-quality service providers and external vendors

·       Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure best-in-class partnerships 

Candidates should have a strong background within ultra-high-net-worth households. Experience across household management, executive assistance, or lifestyle management is highly desirable, particularly where responsibilities have included oversight of multiple residences and coordination of international travel. Familiarity with supporting families and working alongside children’s teams would be advantageous. A degree-level education or equivalent professional experience is preferred, reflecting the level of responsibility and complexity associated with the role. 

The ideal candidate will present as calm, composed, and highly adaptable, with the ability to remain unflustered under pressure. A meticulous attention to detail and a genuine commitment to excellence are essential, alongside a naturally service-oriented approach and a “no task too small” attitude. The role requires flexibility, discretion, and a willingness to travel as needed, as well as the ability to integrate seamlessly into a private household environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism at all times.
