Essential Requirements: Previous maintenance experience, carpentry and plumbing skills, drivers licence, team player.
We are looking for an experienced maintenance person who is multi-skilled, enjoys working as part of a small team to carry out repair works in domestic & commercial properties and undertake routine maintenance and refurbishment projects. Good personable manner essential as is being a team player.
You will be working as part of an in-house maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of high-quality remedial works for both residential and business tenants.
Maintenance and renovation work will be varied and may include, basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, brickwork, paving, minor electrical work, decorating and some roofing.
Previous experience in a maintenance role with the key emphasis that you can offer a multi trade skill set. Our client is looking for someone who is organised and methodical, with the ability to work on their own initiative and has excellent knowledge of best practice health and safety in the workplace, a positive approach and commitment to delivering positive and friendly customer service.
You should have excellent communication skills, work well under pressure, and have previous maintenance work experience. A company van and uniform will be provided during working hours, full clean drivers licence essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 16:30pm.
