Essential Requirements: Previous long-term experience working in large UHNW private residences, Super Yachts or 5 star luxury hospitality. Longevity in previous positions is essential to this role.

Motivated, self-sufficient, discreet and responsible persons, with maturity, flexibility and a strong service mindset with ability to transition seamlessly between first class guest service and operational maintenance. 

Our clients are seeking a highly experienced long-term couple to support the operations of a luxury 8 bedroom private, beach fronted villa in Grenada Caribbean. This is a senior, hands-on lifestyle role within a large fully staffed estate which operates to five-star hospitality standards. The property is used both privately by the owners and their guests, but in addition rented out on an exclusive basis from time to time. 

A full team of support staff include chefs, housekeepers, butler and all external estate staff. The team of 20 plus are all long term, and many are local.

The couple will be proactive and well organised to take care of all aspects of the role, managing the property effectively as a team, reliable and dynamic with a “can do” attitude, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. A keen interest in property management, development and project management a big plus 

Key Responsibilities: 

Property Management & Team Leadership

• Support the smooth running of a large, fully staffed estate

• Supervise, motivate, and train local staff (housekeeping, butlers, chefs, etc.)

• Deliver training in five-star service standards in a respectful and culturally sensitive

   manner

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers

• Oversee maintenance and general estate operations 

Butler & Guest-Facing Duties

• Welcome and host UHNW guests and families

• Deliver refined, discreet service

• Oversee table settings, formal/informal service, and events

• Manage bar service:  Cocktails, Wine and Beverage knowledge essential

• Support events, dinners, and private functions

• Coordinate entertainment, music, and guest experience 

Operations & Logistics

• Manage inventories, supplies, and procurement

• Handle shopping and errands (driving required)

• Assist with administrative tasks (reports, systems, Dropbox, etc.)

• Liaise with brokers, agents, and external partners 

Secondary Duties (Both Candidates)

• Adapt to different roles depending on occupancy

• During quieter periods: Assist with maintenance coordination, supporting the farm and   operational activities and ensure property readiness 

One bedroom apartment provided in the village 5 mins drive from the villa. It is essential that the couple are self-sufficient, and self-directing and have previous experience working in high end service. Both must drive, car provided. Visa and work permit arranged by employer. Long term very stable opportunity ideally minimum of 5yr commitment.

During high season when the villa is occupied longer working hours and days will be required, Low season reduced hours and time off in lieu.
