Essential Requirements: Experienced Senior Housekeeper, professional, well presented, highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.  Experience maintaining luxury clothing and fabrics. Ability to supervise cleaner. Good communication and proficient IT skills. Fluent English essential and French speaker a bonus. Ability to travel for up to 2-3 months per year – British or EU Passport, strictly Non Smoker. Driving licence helpful but not essential. 

Newly created position for part residence property in Belgravia. The family mainly reside in Europe, madam will use this property at times alone, if all the family arrive, travelling staff will escort them.

You will primarily be based in London but will be required to travel to other properties in Switzerland and Monaco from time to time. You will report directly with the Monaco based House-manager /Butler for the day-to-day routines / duties and with the Family office for administrative purposes.

The household is mainly informal, but with high end attention to detail at all times. This role is very hands on and requires a flexible multi skilled person. 

Duties include but not limited to:

1.       Wardrobe management and care of luxury clothing including couture and all high-end fabrics– organising and maintain the wardrobes of high-quality clothing. Keeping detailed Inventories, creating and maintaining digital inventories of wardrobe in all residences.

2.       Overseeing daily laundry routine, arranging and organising specialist dry cleaning.

3.       Packing and unpacking

4.       Housekeeping, ensure that a routine is in place and that the residence is always kept immaculate. Oversee the cleaner and any temporary staff required.

5.       Liaison with the principals’ other residences in preparation of principals or guests arrival times and ensure continuity of service for each residence.

6.       Running errands, personal shopping, ordering supplies and maintain stocks.

7.       Daily care of fine household items i.e. crystal -silver- china.

8.       Table service, laying and serving at table on a as needed basis.

9.       Preparation of light simple fresh meals if the chef is unavailable.

10.   Pet Care – Assisting with management of 2 very small dogs. Walking, arranging vets appts and preparing them to travel when necessary. You will be required to stay overnight with the dogs from time to time if the principal is travelling.

11.   Travelling with the principal when required to Switzerland and Monaco.

12.   A key focus of this role is to maintain consistent routines, standards, and organisation across all properties, helping to replicate the households’ high standards wherever located. 

This is a flexible 5 day week position. When the principal is in residence longer hours may be required, time off in lieu can be taken when not in residence. If travelling accommodation and meals will be provided. 

SALARY in the region of £55,000 Gross per annum – 2 days off per week. UK or EU Passport with the legal right to work in UK essential. Driver a bonus but not essential. Strictly Non Smoker. ASAP Start (HU4385)
