ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 7+ years’ experience in high-end hospitality, proven relationships in major city, ability to secure high demand reservations 

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected hospitality professional to join a private office environment, supporting a UHNW Principal. This role goes beyond traditional concierge services, focusing on building trusted relationships and facilitating exceptional access across dining, cultural, and lifestyle experiences.

The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences while maintaining the utmost discretion. 

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management & Market Engagement

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships within the hospitality and lifestyle sectors, including restaurants, venues, and cultural institutions

·       Engage with senior stakeholders across relevant industries to support access and service delivery

·       Represent the Principal and wider group in a professional and respectful manner 

Experience & Access Coordination

·       Arrange reservations and access to high-demand venues and events

·       Coordinate private dining experiences and bespoke hospitality requests

·       Support the delivery of tailored cultural, sporting, and social experiences

·       Identify and facilitate unique opportunities aligned with the principal’s preferences 

Experience Planning & Insight

·       Curate a forward-looking pipeline of dining, cultural, and social opportunities

·       Provide regular updates and recommendations on new openings, events, and destinations

·       Contribute to planning for travel and in-residence hosting 

Event & Cultural Access

·       Support access to major cultural and sporting events, including hospitality experiences where appropriate

·       Build relationships with venues and event organisers to enhance service delivery 

Collaboration & Coordination

·       Work closely with Executive Assistants, Events, Estate, Security, and Travel teams to ensure alignment

·       Operate within established processes, with clear escalation through the Chief of Staff 

Reporting

·       Provide regular updates on activities, relationship development, and upcoming opportunities

·       Contribute to structured monthly reporting on experience delivery and pipeline planning 

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a high degree of discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgement. They will be highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently, while remaining calm and effective under pressure. Success in the role will be reflected through the consistent delivery of high-quality, tailored experiences, the development of a strong and relevant professional network, and the ability to proactively identify opportunities aligned with client preferences, all while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders. A competitive compensation package will be offered, comprising a base salary and performance-related elements, structured in line with experience and market benchmarks. Negotiable salary based on experience, salary circa £80,000 - £120,000. (HU4396)
