Essential Requirements: Previous private housekeeping experience, overseeing contractors, pet friendly. 

Sole charge housekeeper to manage and provide day to day housekeeping and minor laundry duties for an extended private family with four properties occupied by various members of same family in Central London. Ideally you will be capable of overseeing external contractors. 

Belgravia London SW1 -Part Time Residence

    1. Occupants: 3 adults and 1 dog

    2. Property: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and conservatory across 3 floors

    3. Schedule: 3 mornings per week, 9 am - 1 pm Mon Weds Fri 

Chelsea London SW3

    1. Occupants: 2 adults, an 8-year-old child, and 1 small dog

    2. Property: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus living areas

    3. Schedule: 2 half days, possibly Monday and Friday afternoons 

The Oval London SE11

    1. Occupants: 2 adults

    2. Property: 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat, plus living areas

    3. Schedule: 1 half day, possibly Wednesday afternoon 

Parsons Green London SW6

    1. Occupants: 2 children and 1 dog

    2. Property: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen/dining room

    3. Schedule: 2 days per week, possibly Tuesdays and Thursdays 

Duties are primarily day to day housekeeping including
Kitchen:
 Empty the dishwasher, empty bins, wipe down surfaces and cupboards, vacuum and wash the floor.

Bathroom: Wipe down the bath, shower, sinks, and loos. Check mirrors, polish taps   tiled surfaces, vacuum, and mop.

Family rooms/common areas: Dust surfaces, realign sofa cushions, vacuum.

Bedrooms:  Dust, make beds, vacuum, and tidy up as necessary.

Bed linens and gentlemen’s shirts: Collected weekly by a laundry service. Towels and bathmats are generally done in-house as all have tumble dryers. Some small items may need to be ironed on a ‘as and when’ basis at the discretion of the individual clients. 

Salary circa £50,000 Gross per annum. Parking may be available at Parsons Green and The Oval properties, alternatively a travel card will be provided. ASAP Start. (HU4337)
