A unique opportunity for a Travelling Concierge to design, source, and deliver exceptional, one-of-a-kind experiences for a private principal. The role blends luxury travel curation with on-the-ground operations across villas, chalets, yachts/boats, and global events. You will be the principal’s full-time concierge, on the move, able to turn ideas into reality, secure reservations, and run flawless trips from concept to wheels-up.
Key Responsibilities
· Propose creative, out-of-the-box itineraries
· Curate villas/chalets/boats, activities, and dining to the principal’s preferences; present options with clear pros/cons.
· Build itemised budgets; manage deposits, payment schedules, and reconciliations.
· Conduct advance recces of properties (villas/chalets/country houses) to verify quality, layout, access, and suitability.
· Review and negotiate owner/agent contracts (terms, SLAs, cancellation, insurance, liabilities).
· Produce concise recce reports with photos, measurements, and readiness checklists.
· Cultivate a robust black book of owners, charter brokers, concierges, chauffeurs, security, chefs, butlers, guides, etc.
· Secure high-demand reservations and experiences at very short notice
· Establish relationships with leading restaurants, clubs, beach clubs, wineries, and local providers.
On-the-Ground Execution
· Travel to destinations ahead of the principal; oversee arrival prep, staff briefings, housekeeping standards, and AV/security checks.
· Arrange door-to-door logistics: drivers, boats, helicopters, luggage handling, meet-and-greet, VIP entries.
· Pre-stock properties (e.g., wine, bar, amenities); coordinate butlers/chefs; manage lift passes and equipment for ski trips.
· Provide discreet, responsive support throughout the stay; troubleshoot and adjust plans in real time.
Candidates must have proven success in UHNW lifestyle management, luxury travel concierge, villa/chalet brokerage, yacht/charter operations, or a comparable private client role. Creative, resourceful, and unflappable with the ability to deliver seamlessly under pressure. Additionally, you must be willing to travel extensively and be tech-savvy (calendars, itineraries, CRM/notes, messaging apps, spreadsheets). Full time position.
