A fully staffed private residence near West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Housekeeper / Laundress to join a professional, energetic, and team-oriented household.

This position would be particularly well suited to a candidate from a luxury yachting background who is looking to transition ashore, or an experienced private household professional who understands the standards, discretion, and attention to detail required in a UHNW environment.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in maintaining the day-to-day presentation of the residence and ensuring the highest standards of garment and laundry care. We are seeking someone who is positive, adaptable, hands-on, and enjoys being part of a cohesive team.

Responsibilities
• Daily housekeeping and upkeep of the residence to exceptional standards
• Maintaining immaculate presentation throughout all living areas
• Laundry management, including washing, pressing, steaming, stain treatment, and care of delicate and luxury fabrics
• Wardrobe organisation and maintenance
• Packing and unpacking for principals' travel
• Bed making, linen care, and guest room preparation
• Household organisation projects as required
• Monitoring household supplies and inventories
• Assisting with guest readiness and special occasions
• Working collaboratively with the wider household team to ensure seamless daily operations

Candidates should have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. We are looking for a team player who is professional and discreet, organised, efficient and proactive. This role is best suited to someone who combines experience with humility and professionalism.
