An exceptional opportunity for a high-calibre House Manager to join the household of an UHNW private principal with multiple private residences and a superyacht.

The position is based at the principal’s newly renovated 24,000 sq. ft. residence in Miami. This is a top-level House Manager role for someone who can act as the principal’s trusted right hand, taking ownership of the smooth running, presentation and day-to-day management of the home.

The principal is fast paced, highly knowledgeable and has very high standards. The successful candidate must therefore be confident, decisive, proactive and exceptionally organised, with the ability to move quickly and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

·        Take full ownership of the day-to-day operation and management of the residence.

·        Act as the Principal’s right hand, anticipating needs and ensuring matters are handled efficiently and discreetly.

·        Lead and manage the household team, including butlers and other service staff, setting clear expectations and maintaining high standards.

·        Create a strong culture of service excellence, ensuring the team is warm, polished, discreet and anticipatory in its approach.

·        Oversee household schedules, routines, service standards, inventories, purchasing and supplies.

·        Manage contractors, vendors, maintenance, repairs and property projects, ensuring everything is completed to the required standard.

·        Ensure the residence is always impeccably presented and prepared for the principal, family and guests.

·        Provide the Principal with regular, concise and accurate updates on household matters, projects and outstanding issues.

·        Anticipate problems and take ownership of resolving them without waiting for direction.

·        Coordinate with other residences, yacht personnel and external teams as required.

·        Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality at all times.

We are looking for a strong, experienced and highly capable House Manager with a background in UHNW/VVIP private households. Candidates must be confident, service-oriented and have a natural understanding of luxury hospitality and private service, with the ability to balance a gracious service style with strong leadership. The successful candidate will have experience managing a team of staff and be highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, while being comfortable working for a demanding, fast-paced principal who expects regular communication and consistently high standards. Discreet, polished, calm under pressure and highly professional, you will be comfortable operating at both a strategic management level and being hands-on when required, with the flexibility to travel as needed.
