Essential Requirements: Self-sufficient, proactive, forward-thinking housekeeper, previous experience in a large residence. High attention to detail with excellent laundry skills. Service minded with Fluent English and strictly non-smoker. Smart and well presented.

An experienced housekeeper is required for a part-time residence in Central London. You must have experience working in a large private household and be a self-sufficient, organised and reliable housekeeper to take care of this immaculate home.

Essential that you have an eye for detail, be flexible and energetic

Duties will also include:

• Day to day cleaning.

• Care of fine furniture and fabrics, silver,

• Washing and ironing to a high standard, including business shirts. Pressing and steaming.

• Assisting with packing and unpacking, polishing shoes, arranging dry cleaning etc.

• Basic Table service and clearing, preparation and service of beverages when required.

• Occasional assistance with service at small entertaining events.

• Liaison with external contractors, deliveries and running errands.

Salary negotiable depending on experience. This is a part residence household of international clients.

When the principal is not in residence, working hours are 9-5 with weekends off, when he is in residence (max 120 days per year) earlier starts (approx. 8am) and flexibility on finishes/days off must be accommodated. Time off in lieu will be given. (HU4460)
