Our principal is seeking an experienced, energetic and highly motivated Personal Assistant to provide support to her in Paris.
The principal is a working professional with a strong focus on the production side of her business, as well as being a mother to her young son. This is a varied role that will combine professional and personal support, requiring someone who is highly organised, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
The successful candidate will be someone who is proactive and naturally anticipates needs, while maintaining excellent discretion, confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day personal and administrative support to the principal.
· Assist with both professional and personal responsibilities as required.
· Manage changing priorities and ad hoc tasks with flexibility and a positive attitude.
· Help organise and coordinate schedules, appointments and arrangements.
· Occasionally assist with family-related responsibilities.
· Accompany and coordinate the principal's son to and from school approximately 2–3 times per week, as required.
· Assist with occasional grocery shopping and other light household-related errands.
· Be willing to learn and develop with the role as the principal's needs evolve.
· Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated, with a reliable, dependable and hardworking nature. They will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, and proactive in anticipating the principal’s needs rather than simply responding to requests. The candidate should be adaptable and comfortable working in a varied, fast-paced environment, while being family-oriented and at ease supporting both the professional and personal aspects of the principal’s life. Discretion, trustworthiness and respect for privacy and confidentiality are essential. The successful candidate will also be warm and personable, with the ability to build a positive and trusting relationship with the principal and her family. Flexibility is key, as responsibilities may vary from day to day, and the ideal person will have a genuine willingness to learn, develop and grow with the position over time.
