Essential Requirements: Previous private Chef experience, strong knowledge of British and Mediterranean cuisine, organised.

A private family based in Chigwell are seeking an experienced daily Chef for the month of September. This is a well established fully staffed private household.

Duties:

·       Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner daily for three adults, with occasional guests

·       Serve the evening meal

·       Focus on healthy, well-balanced meals with a strong emphasis on British and Mediterranean cuisine

·       Maintain the highest standards of cooking, presentation and kitchen organisation

·       Work calmly and discreetly within a semi-formal, professionally staffed household 

The Ideal Candidate: 

·       Professional chef with excellent culinary skills and genuine enjoyment of cooking

·       Proven experience in private households

·       Calm, well-mannered, highly organised and reliable

·       Able to produce refined yet approachable daily menus that prioritise freshness, balance and quality ingredients

·       Comfortable working alongside existing household staff 

This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a skilled and professional chef who takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality food in a private home setting. This is a live-out temporary position working from 1st to 30th September. Salary £350-£400 per day. Start date ASAP. (HU4447)
