A highly private ultra-high-net-worth principal is seeking an experienced Travelling Private Chef to join a growing household and estate operation. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic principal whose lifestyle involves frequent travel between multiple residences, business commitments, and private aviation.
The ideal candidate is a polished private chef with a strong hospitality mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to perform at a consistently high level in fast-paced environments. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and embraces the unique demands of private service.

· Preparing daily meals for the principal during production weeks
· Supporting culinary operations aboard private aircraft and other travel environments as needed
· Building and maintaining systems, recipes, inventories, and culinary standards that ensure consistency across all properties

· Frequent travel and changing locations
· Last-minute schedule adjustments
· Extended workdays during production periods, events, or travel
· Working alongside estate staff, assistants, vendors, and other household professionals
· Receiving feedback and adapting to evolving preferences
This is not a traditional restaurant role and should not be viewed as a predictable 9-to-5 position. Flexibility and a service-oriented mindset are essential.
Qualifications Required:
· Minimum 3-5 years of private chef experience in UHNW households
· Strong knowledge of food sourcing, provisioning, and inventory management
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Ability to travel freely with a valid passport and clean driving record

The selected candidate will play an important role in helping shape and elevate the culinary operation as it continues to grow. This is an opportunity for a chef who enjoys building systems, creating structure, and contributing to a long-term household operation rather than simply maintaining an existing program.
