ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Previous private house experience, flexibility to travel extensively, must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar role.
A discreet, highly mobile personal valet is required to support a UHNW principal across residences and global travel. Responsible for wardrobe management, packing logistics, presentation, and day-to-day personal support at a luxury service standard.
Core Responsibilities
Wardrobe & Presentation
Curate, maintain, and rotate full wardrobe across locations
Garment care: pressing, steaming, minor repairs, inventory control
Outfit planning aligned to itinerary, climate, and events
Coordinate with stylists, tailors, and luxury brands
Travel Logistics
End-to-end packing/unpacking (multi-stop, multi-climate trips)
Maintain duplicate wardrobes across residences where required
Liaise with aviation teams, hotels, and household staff
Manage luggage tracking, customs considerations, and contingencies
Daily Personal Support
Prepare principal for engagements (dress, grooming coordination)
Manage accessories, watches, shoes, and valuables
Maintain readiness kits (gym, swim, formal, casual, emergency)
Household Integration
Coordinate with estate managers, housekeepers, and security
Ensure wardrobe standards are consistent across properties
Support guest/host wardrobe needs during events if required
Technical Skills
Advanced garment care (luxury fabrics, couture handling)
Packing systems for complex itineraries
Inventory management (often via digital tools)
5–10+ years in private service (valet, butler, or luxury retail styling)
Proven experience with UHNWI principals and frequent international travel

Working well under pressure and being adaptable to last-minute changes with a high level of attention to detail essential.
You will operate as an integral part of a high-performing private service team, working in close partnership with butlers, estate managers, security, and travel staff to deliver a seamless principal experience. Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to read situations, anticipate needs, and respond with discretion, tact, and sound judgement. Foster a collaborative, respectful working environment through clear communication and mutual support, contributing to a unified “one team” approach across all residences and travel settings. Maintain professionalism and composure in fast-paced, high-pressure situations, ensuring consistency of service and alignment with the highest standards of luxury hospitality
This is a full-time position that will require extensive travel and irregular hours when travelling. Top negotiable salary based on experience. (HU4410)
