Essential Requirements: Previous private house experience, strong organisational and communications skills. Fluent French and English. 

Our client is looking for an organized Assistant Property Manager/ Executive Assistant to provide administrative support, manage schedules, and handle day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and be able to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment. You will be working very closely with the Property Manager. 

Duties include: 

·       Assist Property Manager and Principal owner on site

·       Liaise with employees and family members for personal requests

·       Organize paperwork, maintain records, and manage schedules

·       Draft correspondence, prepare materials, and track expenses

·       Coordinate services and anticipate operational needs 

The ideal candidate should have a management background, knowledge of property systems, strong communication skills both written and verbal, able to multi-task, strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Candidates must be fluent in English and French. (HU4374)
