Essential Criteria – Experienced in hands on outdoor and indoor property maintenance, driver with clean licence, dog lover. Proactive, trustworthy, flexible and physically fit to deal with ladder work. Team player. Liaison with external contractors and suppliers, fluent English essential.

We require an experienced and trustworthy professional candidate to work in a varied role for a private couple based in Denham, Bucks.  The property is large and kept in immaculate condition, in beautiful grounds and is the primary home of the couple. However, the couple do travel abroad to other residences frequently and hence a proactive responsible approach is essential.

This role will require a candidate who has previous experience maintaining a large property, which includes an indoor swimming pool and tennis court.  You will be responsible for maintaining appliances, gates, water irrigation, pond, drains, gutters, which do require a lot of attention.  There are CCTV cameras to monitor too.

Candidates must be confident drivers with a clean driving licence and can maintain high-end vehicles as well as provide chauffeur services to the principals, primarily for airport runs. You will be responsible for organising services, MOT’s and general day to day care of the vehicles.

Additionally, there will be some garden maintenance required; especially during summer months assisting with watering etc- however, there are maintenance gardener contractors who are also employed.   

Candidates must be energetic, flexible, reliable and discreet. A true dog lover willing to walk the medium size young dog. A good team player, a housekeeper also lives on site, and a daily part time housekeeper is also employed. NON-SMOKER.  Clean drivers’ licence with excellent verifiable references and up to date DBS required. 

Salary in the region of £40,000 Gross based on experience. One-bedroom, single open plan cottage available. Flexible 5-day working week including Saturdays.  Sorry no partners and ideally no pets. (HU4369)
